When filling out your order form please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address with sufficient detail for Australia post to deliver it. Once an item is posted the delivery address cannot be changed – if the order is delivered to the incorrect address due to the wrong address being given Nicole Hudson is not liable to refund, replacement or post costs.
When an item is dispatched a tracking number is obtained. If you do not receive your item within 10 working days please contact Nicole Hudson through the contact us page for this tracking number to be provided. There are sometimes delays during the Christmas period.
Very rarely is there a mistake made relating to an incorrect item being shipped – however if such a rare event occurs please notify Nicole Hudson through the contact us page and the correct item will be shipped free of charge and arrangements may be made for the return of the incorrect product.
In the event that there is a faulty item, damaged item or missing shipment please notify the exact particulars through the contact us page and instructions will be given on how to return the product or how a refund will be transacted.
Allow 10 working days from payment to receive your order. In most cases you will receive within 5 working days. If the order is urgent please contact Nicole Hudson direct.
You may cancel an order placed for products prior to payment being made or prior to the goods being dispatched. Many orders are dispatched same day or next day and once they have left the order may not be cancelled. Should you wish to cancel an order that has been dispatched please organize the return of the goods still in the original/unopened packaging. On the receipt a full refund will be given full less any postage charges.
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, please choose carefully before you buy as we are unable to accept product returns due to incorrect choice, change of mind or not what was expected; We will only replace items which are found to be faulty, not as described or damaged. You may return a product that has a manufacturing defect, was not as described or was damaged in transit for replacement, or if the product cannot be replaced a choice of store credit or refund will be offered.
